GW Promotional Group announced today that Brattleboro Auto Mall and Fairfield’s Cadillac Buick GMC have become the title sponsors for the upcoming Whitcomb Classic at Monadnock Speedway on Sunday, May 1.

The 125-lap, set to pay $5,000 to the winner and a lucrative purse throughout the field, is expected to draw some of the top NHSTRA Modified talent in New Hampshire. The race will be part of Monadnock’s Spring Dash weekend – the official kick-off of the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Racing Series season for the track. The high-banks of Monadnock will be the site where countless drivers will chase the big prize in a historic event.

The race is the first of five in the Whitcomb 5 Series in 2022 – which will take drivers from Monadnock to Claremont Motorsports Park next on Friday, June 17. From there, the series will visit Lee USA Speedway on July 15, Hudson Speedway on August 14 and Monadnock Speedway for the championship weekend on September 16-17.

“We’re excited to say that it’s finally time to go racing,” Gregg Whitcomb, owner of GW Promotional Group with his wife, Jessica, said. “Both of these companies have been servicing their communities for many years providing top-notch customer service and some of the best vehicles out there.
